When people are renovating their homes, one of the main concerns is the sound insulation effect of the house. Various soundproofing materials exist, and ceramic aluminum sound-absorbing panels are one of them. Today, let's take a look at the installation method for ceramic aluminum sound-absorbing panels:

1. Storage requirements before installation

The warehouse for storing ceramic aluminum decorative sound-absorbing panels must be sealed and moisture-proof. Before installing the ceramic aluminum sound-absorbing panels, the packaging box must be opened for at least 24 hours to allow the product to reach the environmental characteristics consistent with the installation site.

2. Requirements for the installation site

The installation site must be dry and must meet the specified temperature and humidity standards at least 24 hours before installation. The minimum required temperature for the installation site is 15 degrees, and the maximum temperature variation after installation should be controlled within the range of 40-60%.

3. Installation method for sound-absorbing panels on walls

(1) First, install the light steel keel onto the wall.

(2) The vertical dimensions of the light steel keel attached to the wall are 18X26X3000mm long, with a spacing of 60cm.

(3) Install the clips with dimensions of 45X38X5mm between the keel and the sound-absorbing panels.

(4) Cover the back of the sound-absorbing panels with glass wool: thickness 30-50mm, density 32kg per cubic meter, width and length are 600X1200mm.

4. Precautions (for walls)

(1) The recommended spacing between the keel grids is 60CM.

(2) When multiple ceramic aluminum sound-absorbing decorative fireproof boards are installed in combination, at least a 3MM gap must be left between the edges of the boards.

(3) If the sound-absorbing panels are installed horizontally starting from the ground, the recessed side of the long edge should be installed facing down and locked with clips, then continue to install the other sound-absorbing panels one by one.
